Stanford University Online Course - "Calm and Confident: Managing Challenging Behaviors"

An online, on-demand parenting course providing insights and strategies for addressing challenging behaviors.

This course was developed by Stanford University's Stanford Parent Center and Stanford Center for Health Education as a self-paced, online learning opportunity for caregivers to better understand and address their child's challenging behaviors.

This course is recommended for caregivers of children ages 5-12 years old and costs $25 per caregiver. It consists of four modules that includes approximately three hours of learning content. Content includes videos, reflection exercises, and learning resources.

This course is intended to provide caregivers with practical strategies to address their child's challenging behaviors. The course includes learning and resources related to better understanding behavior and ways to respond to your child, including emotion regulation, positive reinforcement, selective attention, and limit setting.
